DESCRIPTION
The main factors determining the quality of a Fruit Aqua Vitae are
the raw materials and the fermentation plant.
That's why Distillerie Mazzari S.p.A. has a top-flight fruit quality
control system and only the most suitable fruits are passed on to
the process.
In the temperature-controlled fermentation plant specially selected
natural yeasts transform the sugar contained in the fruit cider
into alcohol.
As tradition demands, only copper stills are used in the distillation:
these bring out the fruit aromas of the aqua vitae, especially that
of the "Williams".
The success achieved by the Mazzari "Williams" is witnessed
by its sales in Germany and Austria where consumers are notoriously
expert and demanding.
