All the drawn-off wine is carefully analysed and only the very best "Trebbiano" is used to produce Aqua Vitae.


ACQUA VITAE - BRANDY

Aqua Vitae is aged in oak vats and after one year it can finally bear the name "Brandy".
The market for this product even extends to countries such as France that have their long-standing tradition in the making of this drink.
